This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers for our retreat events, workshops, and related services.
Please read this policy carefully before booking.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

During the 14-day cooling-off period:

You may cancel your booking for any reason.
-
You will receive a full refund, unless the retreat begins within the cooling-off period and you have asked us to start providing services immediately (e.g., pre-retreat materials, assessments, calls).
If you agree to services starting immediately, we may deduct reasonable costs for services already provided.

You are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers retreat cancellations.
